1. Data we process
Name or company, phone, email and message content sent via forms, WhatsApp or email.
2. Purpose
Preparing quotes, production / order communication and customer relations. Legal bases include contract steps and legitimate interest under Turkish KVKK.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Hosting, email or Formspree providers may process data only as needed to deliver the service.
4. Retention
Kept as long as the business relationship and legal duties require, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection. Contact the email above. Complaints may be lodged with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
