Press line

From T0 to series on Yizumi

Sample parameters are recorded on the servo injection line so approved contract runs stay repeatable.

  • Typical ~90–240 ton class
  • PP / ABS / PC / PA and engineering resins
  • Color and surface trials
  • Mold and part under one roof

Shop floor

From tool to part under one roof

STEP to T0 sample, approval to series. PP, ABS, PC, PA and engineering resins.

Approach

Why Bayplas

Few promises, clear process — every step tied to manufacturability.

01

Manufacturability first

DFM, cooling and ejection solved in design.

02

Measurable samples

T0 parameters recorded; series stays repeatable.

03

One contact

Design, mold, print and injection in one shop.

Sectors

What kind of parts

Example work areas — customer names published with approval.

01

Automotive trim

Clips, covers and visible-surface parts — multi-cavity cold / hot runner.

02

Appliances

Housings and lids with color samples and surface sign-off.

03

PA+GF, insert fit, DFM for wall thickness and cooling.

FAQ

Common questions

What should I send for a quote?

STEP or IGS, resin (PP/ABS…), rough qty and a short note. Attach files via WhatsApp or email.

Does 3D printing replace the mold?

No — it validates form and assembly. Resin behavior is confirmed at T0.

Can you run our tool on contract?

Yes — after tonnage and mounting checks on the Yizumi line.

How do T0 revisions work?

Dim and surface notes are logged, cut into the tool, then series follows approved parameters.

Is hot runner always required?

No — volume, scrap and gate marks decide. See hot / cold runner.

Is there a quote checklist?

Yes — gather STEP, resin, qty on one page.

Which resins do you run?

PP, ABS, PC, PA and engineering grades — see the material table.
